Hannibal Lecter’s NFTs floor already jumped to 1 ETH


In a matter of minutes, Anthony Hopkins’ NFT Collection is sold out.

Anthony Hopkins’ “The Eternal Collection” was one of the biggest celebrity-backed NFT projects to enter the market when it was first revealed. A well-liked Oscar winner like Hopkins in a set that featured him in the roles he has played over the course of a long career? It seemed like the perfect NFT match.

And the undertaking has unquestionably met expectations. The 1,000-piece collection made its OpenSea debut on October 13, 2022, and it was completely sold out in less than 10 minutes.

Despite claims that technical difficulties caused the collection’s launch to be delayed by about an hour, it did well after being made available. The NFTs included benefits in addition to the artwork. These included audio clips, signed physical prints of the artwork, and a few incredibly rare ones that allowed customers to meet Hopkins in person.

The collection’s success was acknowledged by Hopkins, who wrote on his official Twitter, “Adding this milestone to the repertoire. Thank you all very much. Wonderful day.

With this, Hopkins joins a growing list of famous people who have started NFT projects, such as Lindsay Lohan and Grimes. We might even receive additional NFTs from Hopkins given how well this first one has performed.
