Blockbar, a luxury marketplace, releases its first champagne drop.
It’s hardly surprising that blue-chip NFT assets are becoming increasingly closely associated with the realm of luxury given how expensive some of them are. Blockbar is a luxury NFT marketplace that offers assets backed by high-end alcoholic beverages. It just launched one of its new premium NFT products.

The marketplace announced a new partnership with the upscale champagne company Perrier-Jounet earlier this week. Together, the two will launch a new NFT drop to introduce the ancient brand to the Metaverse. This launch will be both Blockbar’s and Perrier-inaugural Jounet’s NFT release.
The final three-liter Belle Epoque 2007 champagne bottles will support the drop. The bottle will have the engraving “1st @Perrierjouet NFT” and include a few bonuses.

This includes a two-day, one-night stay at the Maison Belle Epoque, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Holders of the BlockBar NFT and visitors to the Hong Kong Digital Art Fair will get early access for those wishing to purchase the NFT.
The NFT drop will be made available on October 21, 2022, with a $10,000 price tag that may be paid with Ethereum, wire transfers, or credit cards. It will only be offered on the Blockbar website.
