Parallel Opens Its Doors Transitioning to Open Beta for a Thrilling Sci-Fi Card Game Experience

Parallel, the Ethereum-based NFT card game, extends an open invitation to gaming enthusiasts worldwide as it transitions into its Open Beta phase today. Previously accessible only in Closed Beta, this Sci-Fi card game now steps up its ranks by promising to engage a broader audience, opening its competitive PC-based title to the general public.

With the introduction of five distinct factions, a new playable NFT card, exclusive cosmetics, and an array of additional rewards and adjustments, players can now choose their allegiance and craft a unique path to victory, blending skill, strategy, and creativity.

This innovative game merges the classic charm of trading card games like ‘Hearthstone and Magic: The Gathering’ with a distinct space-themed twist on Coinbase’s Layer-2 scaling network, Base. Celebrated for its unique approach to the card game scene, Parallel has undergone numerous extensive developments leading up to the launch of its Open Beta debut.

Among these developments are a 15% increase in baseline emissions, a significant decrease in production costs for ‘Echo’ cards, an enhanced modifier for the highest rank, and an increased PRIME bonus for ‘Prismatic Key’ victories from 35% to 50%. Additionally, previous in-game bug issues have been resolved, and minimum standard specifications have been revised.

Parallel is also introducing ‘Premium Battle Passes’ and raffles for ‘Masterpiece’ and ‘Special Edition’ rewards to offer players exclusive perks. Furthermore, gamers can anticipate adjustments to the iconic ‘Master Thief Kozo’ card, along with the introduction of an intriguing new NFT card.

While the opportunity to claim rewards from Closed Beta Season 7 ends on March 8, the launch of Parallel’s Open Beta marks the beginning of an exciting new journey in gaming.
